Ok guys,
For my journey to the big 30, I have decided to mark it not by the number of grays I have on my head, but to try and see how much I can loose.....not money! pounds.
Now to enable me do this I decided to go with the P90X .
Yes baby p90x!
To prepare for this, I have spent 6 weeks at the gym with 1 hr on the tread mill, and then resistance work out. Even changed my diet. but did I loose any weight?
NO! nothing substantial ....Nada!!!
But am I pissed, discouraged, let down?
NO. Why?
Cause I lost 2 inches around my precious lady lumps!
I have carved an inch off my waist, 2 inches off my hips.
I expected more,but hey I'm still gonna progress with my P90X.
I stated the P90X today and men I am burnt out.
If it were possible to watch Tony do the exercise and I loose the inches that will be great, fabulous.
At one point pushed myself so much I felt nauseated. ( I am still going for that walk at the park if the weather is nice enough.)
I never knew I could work up a sweat in my living room.
So 1 day down and 89 more to go.
Bring it!
